Startup Idea: AP Style Adherence Checker for Content Writers

Startup idea to develop a software that checks writing for adherence to AP style. This tool should cater to the needs of content writers, particularly those working for content mills, as their pay largely depends on their compliance with AP style. The software could offer a yearly license or charges based on the number of articles checked each month.

I am a writer that works for a major content mill.

Basically, I write content for individual's websites or write articles for offsite search engine optimization.

There are ALOT of us out there and we are paid based on our writing level. Writing levels are determined by our adherence to AP style.

No current grammar and spelling checker (both free and paid services) checks for AP style adherence, which is slightly different than normal spelling and grammar.

The difference in pay is significant, so I feel sure that other writers would agree with me and gladly pay for this service, either for a yearly license or for a set number of articles checked each month.

Most part-time content writers write 90-150 articles per month.
