I'm a manager at a call center of around 200 people, I've worked there for over 2 years. We have a large problem tracking employees as around tracking system refreshes every minute instead of real time. It is my job to track employees accurately to prevent time card fraud.

Sometimes the system does not work properly and employees get stuck in a certain punch code or AUX code. I have found it difficult to find a cost effective piece of software that would allow real-time employee monitoring with error checking to prevent employees getting stuck in a punch or code.

I think a piece of software that can track employees in real-time and has employee punch state error checking would be more efficient for our company.
