I work in customer service department and we would like a system that would help us store and analyze the inquiries we get from clients. We find ourselves having repetitive inquiries from the clients and if we had such a system, we would be able to tell which subjects come up often and create a Q&A page to address them before they flood into our support lines. It would also help us serve our customers by taking preemptive measures to address those requests before they come up again.
