I write for our company - I need a way to simply track the most common errors, like a spell check, that identifies phrases that our company does not use. For example, we do not use our company name as itself, so it would be "the COMPANY team does this" or a similar phrase instead of just "COMPANY does this." We also do not write in passive tense - or capitalize unnecessary letters, such as "Engineer." If I could teach more people to do this, we could easily cut back the amount of people we have editing and revising text documents. If there was a simple way to run a check on it, we could streamline our proposals and workloads. No - I don't know how.
