Startup Idea: Parking Ticket Citation and Collection Software Solution

Startup idea to develop an efficient and user-friendly citation software for agencies to issue parking tickets via a hand-held device. The backend software would facilitate easy handling of payment and accounting aspects. The software aims to better service vendors and their customers, particularly in underserved cities and counties where resources for issuing tickets are limited.

I would write citation software that agencies can use to issue parking tickets via a hand held for free. Then also write the backend software to handle the payment and accounting pieces. There are many vendors in California that do a poor job of collecting monies for the various cities and counties and there is a vast underserved population. I work directly with many vendors and their customers. The vendors do a poor job of serving the customers and there are many cities and counties and parks that could issue tickets but they do not have the resources to do so.
