Startup idea to develop a software that introduces real-time communication and efficient task management in the wine sales industry. The software would handle internal communications, manage tasks related to sales and refunds, and improve overall business operations efficiency.

I work in customer service in sales of wine and the biggest pain everyday at my job is communications issues. We have a communications app on our computers that is supposed to be in real time, but often messages will be received tens of minutes after transmission to be received. Another scenario is the same with emails. Constantly we get emails hours after being sent, and no one can mark them if they have been completed, and often it takes hours to solve problems because the overall flow of our program is slow.

We would definitely pay for this software, something that could ease the process of dealing with issues like sales, refunds and other related activities in our business. It would raise revenue, our business would run more efficiently, and we could communicate faster with each other. We are constantly losing clients, and the only reason we are still in business is that our company is one of the few of its kind on the internet, and we have hard to find items.
