Startup Idea: Media Focused Window Management Solution

Startup idea to develop a multipurpose window management software. The software would allow media professionals to keep certain windows or applications on top of others across multiple monitors and various types of media. This solution aims to enhance productivity and reduce hassle of window resizing and unintentional swapping.

I am a media producer working with all kinds of media from social media like websites to the raw and gritty inside workings of video production and visual effects. I work with my hands at the computer when I'm not working with camera equipment and I spend the majority of my time editing. Often I am looking at something for inspiration or as a guideline on another monitor while I edit on my main or even work on more artistic things such as story boards or character design and my work has Windows 10 on all of its machines so switch between tabs and windows is fairly intuitive and there's not a lot I can't do but when it comes to keeping a certain window, program, or file on top of all of the others I have found no easy way to do this. Usually I have to resize a window and put it on a small portion of one of my monitors to use as a reference but if I click anywhere in that monitor then my resized window is forced to the back. My idea for a solution is much like the way chrome offers the ability to right click and get a list of options such as 'mute' tab but I want to be able to pin anything to the front without having to through some ridiculously clunky software and I want it to work across all types of media and windows from YouTube videos to program windows from any programs in the Adobe systems suite.
