Startup Idea: Centralized Travel Scheduling and Information Platform

Startup idea to develop a user-friendly, centralized software system dedicated to managing travel information for groups. The system would allow an administrator to input and update travel details for each member, which could then be accessed by anyone on the team. Automation features for a more streamlined experience are also proposed.

I schedule travel for a group of designers (its like herding cats). No matter how detailed I am, they forget their itinerarie's,lose boarding passes, forget their flights etc. I would love a central program where I could enter each"participant/user" and their corresponding travel info. that info would be available to any user, including myself at anytime. The key is it would need tobe the ultimate in simple to use or my team won't bother. Iknow you said not to combine systmens but I would love it if the info could somehow be automated even further.
