Startup idea to develop a comprehensive software that tracks detailed previous interactions in retail industry, including the end users' feedback, and implements it to improve the turnover rate. The software not only depends on agent typed notes or camera recordings, but also takes into account the feedback and statistics from end users and agents.

An industry i work in is retail. Being able to accurately look at detailed previous interactions. A type of software that could solve this problem would be one that does not simply rely on agent typed notes or just a camera recording one that involves feedback from the other end user as well as detailed stats of the interaction from the end user along with the agent themselves. I would pay for such a software because it could help due to solving a turnover rate with end users and allow them to give feedback and a voice and allowing us to implement the feedback at each location and giving end users more enjoyable experiences when entering locations with agents.
