Startup Idea: Automated Contact Sheet Updation Software

Startup idea to develop a software that would automatically update contact sheets for accuracy in various parameters like contact information, organisational existence, and individual relevance. This would save considerable time and effort and allow resources like social workers to be deployed more effectively.

Right now I am working on a degree in Social Work and as part of this I have to put time in at a social services agency to get field experience. A big part of what I do is updating contact sheets for accuracy on information like contact info, if the organization still exists, or if the individual is still relevant to said contact sheet. Because of this, time that I could be spending helping individuals is spent updating these sheets. If there were a piece of software that could do even one of these things it would save an immense amount of time and allow my skills and talents to be properly utilized elsewhere.
