I am an IT technician at a non profit organization that currently has over 8,000 employees. Lately we have had a problem with password protection in our employees accounts. To remedy this, employees are asked to change their password every two months.

Many employees are unhappy with this solution and direct their complaints to my department. We currently run our IT help desk through phone calls and in person help, but we do not have a software that manages the passwords of the employees directly.

It would be great to have a software that would allow me to send them a link to reset their password instead of having to talk on the phone and walk them through the steps.
