Startup Idea: Development Environment Usage Tracking Tool

Startup idea to develop a tool that can monitor and provide details on use of different development environments within a company. The tool should display which developer is using an environment, for which story, and a timeline of completion.

I work as a developer. In our company, we have a number of different development/integration environments (staging, test, etc). Each developer deploys code to those environments to test features. There are around 25 developers using these environments.

The problem is, there is no way to find who is using which environment, for which story. A story is a feature that the developer is working on.

When we are testing our code we have to ask to all 25 developers, to know if anyone is using the environment, for which story, and how soon its going to be done.

It would be really great if there was a tool to monitor the usage of development environments which would give the details about who was using it at any given time, and for what.
