Startup Idea: Recruitment-specific CRM with Integrated Web Browsing

Startup idea to develop a recruitment-focused CRM software that integrates web browsing, allowing recruiters to efficiently manage their contacts and perform tasks on one platform. This would enhance productivity and streamline the candidate searching process.

I have worked as an IT recruiter for the last 5 years and at 3 different agencies.

The one thing every company has been able to agree on is the lack of quality database software for tracking our contacts.

My biggest complaint with current database software is that it is not made with a recruitment firm in mind. I spend every day clicking back and forth between my web browser (for sites such as linkedin) and the database software.

If there were a CRM software that could integrate web browsing so that everything was on one page it would save a tremendous amount of time.

I think this would be the key software to increasing productivity in the industry and making the candidate searching process seamless.
