Startup Idea: Employee Tracking Software for Online Car Sales

Startup idea to develop an employee tracking software that online businesses can utilize for better productivity management. The software will track the employees' work activities such as time spent on potential buyers, conversion rates, and potential distractions, providing valuable insights for productivity improvement.

I run a small company that sells cars online, through about 15 people at the moment, with potential to grow higher.

It would be a great help if I was able to track the employees online that are selling the cars for me. It would be a software that the employees would be able to log into before starting to work each day.

I would like to be able to view the amount of time they are talking to potential buyers, and the rate of conversion for each person. It would also be helpful to be able to keep track of the time they spend doing other things, such as social media or other distractions. I would want this to tell me that they are off task and what they are using without being too intrusive in the details.

I would defiantly be willing to pay for this service, I am sure that other online businesses that hire remotely would also find great use in this product if it was available at a reasonable price and worked well.
