Startup Idea: eBay Listing Tracking Application

Summary for idea #1084
Startup idea to develop a software that helps eBay sellers keep track of auction numbers associated with 'free listings'. The software would assist in managing listings created during 'free listing days', track their cancellation and their eventual relisting, making it easier for sellers to optimize their fee refunds.

This involves ebay but has nothing to do with price tracking.

I have a method I use during "free listing days". In order to get extra free listings, I will list a bunch of stuff that I don't actually have. Then I will cancel all those listings immediately. Now, when I go to relist those items, when I am ready to do this, the ebay system correctly sees it as a relisted item. Relisted items that sell get the listing fee refunded, are you with me so far? But as you will recall, I listed it for free originally. The whole point of this is to preserve my "free listings" so I have a bunch of what are essentially free listings that I can list anytime I feel like it. However these are a real pain to keep track of! Since I'm gaming the system, the regular ways to track listings are not as helpful. I need a way to keep track of all those numbers, the auction numbers, that my initial upload of listings generates. I need to keep track of those.

Look ebay rips us off ALL the time. This is one way I can even it up a tiny little bit. I just write them out and make notes.
