Startup Idea: Mobile and PC Syncing for Blood Sugar Tracking

Startup idea to develop a simple, intuitive mobile application to log and sync blood sugar readings, with extra features to calculate average values and visually graph highs and lows for better health management.

I'm a disabled amputee with diabetes. And I have a hard time tracking my blood sugar results with the meter.

If we could have a fast way to log my numbers on a mobile and sync with a pc would be great. Extra functions to average your results and a graph to track highs and lows.

Too many people have poor health from not using the right tools to track their health. A tool like this that is easy and intuitive would be a lifesaver in my opinion. I havn't really looked lately, however I've never ran across anything I personally would use.
