Startup Idea: Event Planning and Management Software

Startup idea to develop a modern cloud-based software for the event planning industry. The software should feature cross-departmental communication, room booking, client logs, confirmations, and query extraction to excel. It would cater to daily operations and remote work needs, supporting the booking of over 30 reservations a day.

I work in an event planning industry. A big pain point that we experience daily is a lack of a software that meets our needs of cross departmental communication.

Yes, I would pay. Our current software was designed 15 years ago.

We need something that meets all needs relating and not limited to room booking, room capacities, gallery space, time durations, detailed client log that allows to issue notifications of outstanding payments, document and confirmation generations.

We book over 30 reservations a day. Additionally, an ideal software would allow us to build queries that could be extracted into excel. If this software were available on a cloud software, it would allow my team to work remote.
