Startup Idea: Smart Cutting Guide App for Bakeries

Startup idea to develop a smart cutting guide application to aid bakeries providing fruit arrangements. The app should help integrate a system that divides and explains tasks per fruit type per customer's order, ensuring lesser mistakes from seasonal workers, and efficiency in processing large quantities during peak seasons.

I own a small bakery that completes fruit arrangements (similar to Edible Arrangements). We have over 120 models that are available to our customers at any time. We have had to develop our own in house "cutting guide" to ensure that each piece is cut, washed, dipped, and drizzled according to the correct model for each customer.

During our busy times (holidays), it is easy to send out 227+ of these each holiday week. As a result, we need to have many seasonal, part-time workers help with the labor of these arrangements. These workers do not have much experience so are prone to make many errors if their work is not specific.

We would love to have an app or something developed that would make our cutting guide even easier to use. Each station (usually divided by the fruit used) would then have specific instructions that are clear and easy to read. We are still trying develop our own systems, but it would be great to have something that we could just plug in the models requested and the work would be divided and clear amongst our workers.
