I work for an agency that handles social media advertising. We would love to have a program that accurately measures consumer sentiment across platforms. We have tried many services but all are lacking.

This would ideally pull based on keyword, and would have a nuanced enough algorithm to detect sarcasm, turns of phrase, etc. We have. Various companies have offered this service, but none are very good. For now we either go over pulled data manually or don't include sentiment.
