Startup Idea: Building Technician Software Solution

Hello, I am currently part of a technician team for the building I work in. Our task is to keep track of what computers have problems on specific floors, and fix them as soon as possible.

Currently we have a bit of a situation though. Whenever we get notified personally that a computer needs fixing, we just wright it down on a notepad along with the location of the cubicle, and what floor it is on. This results in a very slow process of getting to each computer and having to actually manually locate them.

I believe this problem could be solved with a simple diagram like program. The program would display the entire layout of the building, floor by floor, with all the locations of the computers. Any computer in the building would then be able to mark themselves on the program once they experience a problem or if they are currently offline. This would allow the team of technicians to accurately and quickly assess the situation. I have tried finding solutions but I don't know what to search for. We solve the problem by writing down what computers need to be fixed.
