Startup Idea: Development of Unified Portal for Efficient Project Management in Electrical Work

Startup idea to develop a comprehensive, single portal for project managers at commercial electrical companies. This portal would facilitate efficient handling of lighting repair orders, allowing the manager to view and manage the style and function present at each individual store across the country, leading to improved first trip completion rates.

I am a project manager for a commercial electrical company. We service bix box retail stores nationwide and coordinate our efforts from a centrally located office.

Due to the variance across the country, a large issue we face is having the ability to perform first trip completions on lighting repair work orders.

A great solution to this would to be a single portal, where we could view and manage the style and function present at each individual store. Have worked with in-house IT, but due to the wide variance, it has been an issue starting a database.
