Startup Idea: Virtual Store Front with Offer Submission Feature

Startup idea to develop a software for a furniture outlet store that allows listing of items online with a functionality for customers to submit price offers. Upon approval of an offer, the item gets automatically removed from the store front to prevent further purchases.

I work for a small furniture store. Since it is an outlet store, we accept offers on price from customers. I wish we had software that would allow us to list our items online, like a virtual store front, but also allow customers to submit offers on price. We would receive each offer and if we approve the offer, the item is pulled from the store front, so no other customer can purchase the item. It would consolidate our online presence.
