I am a quality assurance manager at a small company called Quality AA right. We currently have 40 workers at this time
We rate the quality of calls from outside call centers all across the midwest. We currently have a very disorganized system where it makes it have difficult to keep track of which calls were already graded . We have a 20 min delay so we may be grading the same calls as others in our work place
I just wish we had a different system where it would be more active and efficient to know that calls are not being graded twice
A system possibly that can live monitor what workers are working on.
