Startup Idea: Paperless Documentation System for Pediatric Centers

Startup idea to develop a software system that provides a paperless solution for managing patient's demographic info, progress, and reports in a pediatric center for special needs. The system should be user-friendly, easy to install on various devices, and allow for organized storage and retrieval of files. It should also have printing capabilities and customisable report templates.

I work in a pediatric center for children with special needs. We always use large folders for them to have their demographic info, progress and all the reports that needed to be sent out to their referring doctor. It would be nice for us to get rid of the heavy folders and file cabinets and create a paperless documentation system for our students and patients. I hope that it can be installable in our laptops or devices, easy to use and easy to upload in the system. And also should have a print option if parents or doctors wanted a hard copy. It will be very helpful for us and I feel like our student's profiles will be more organized. We just want a system that has a template for the reports. Can store the files in one universal database but still sorted well and we can upload our files. I tried but I still ended up using MS word and just sending copies to the parents and doctors. It was still difficult to use the documentation templates of others.
