Startup Idea: Bug Reporting Reward Platform

Startup idea to develop a dedicated platform where IT companies can incentivise users to report genuine bugs and provide valuable suggestions, facilitating the bug fixing process and product improvements.

I work in the IT industry and one of the problems I face on daily bases is getting a user to report a bug or send a suggestion to us. We try many avenues and they all fail. Maybe if someone was to make a platform where we can easily pay someone to report legit bugs. This will help us squash bugs and improve our platform.
