Startup Idea: Healthcare Two-Way Texting App

Startup idea to develop an app offering two-way texting functionality between patients and their doctor's office. This would be used for scheduling appointments, requesting specific practitioners, and confirming pharmacy prescriptions after-hours.

Some of my doctors are on ZocDoc but not all. ZocDoc charges doctors to participate. I would pay for an app that allowed me to TEXT with my doctor's office (which only allows calls). The text function would need to be two-way (I could text them and they'd text back) and would need to allow me to text them after-hours and they could text me back the next day when they were open. I would use this to schedule appointments, request specific practitioners (in the case of my physical therapist), and confirm a pharmacy was filling the right thing (I thought you wanted me to get the "brand" but they are filling the generic, etc.).
