I work in a non-profit as a Human Resources Officer. We are 3 people working in this department and we share a lot of the responsibilities. Thus, we need direct access to each other's files. We can do that on a server, however, it is a mess. Everyone has their own labeling and filing system that it can be impossible to find files probably if one of us is out of the office.

We would appreciate a filing software, that organizes files and archives them in a manner that is easy to retrieve by anyone who needs access to them as long as they are connected to the server.

I know the department would pay to solve this.

The software can minimize the effort put into organizing our files and it can help us access specific documents in a timely manner.
