I work in the consulting business.

I need to manage my employee payroll budget, but the budget is variable based on the amount of business I do. I would like software that can link to the revenue system, where customer charges are held (ideally automatically) to track the specific revenue generated by my team. Then I'd like it link to the payroll system so I know what I'm spending on employees, and hopefully have some programmable options to show one-off hits to the budget, such as employee training.
