Startup Idea: Task Management and Time Tracking Software Solution

Startup idea to develop a software solution that facilitates time management by messaging workers about their tasks and timelines, and record the hours spent on each task. A tool to increase productivity and save time for companies and managers.

I currently work as a web design consultant and I regularly get contracted to work with companies all over my state. The biggest issue people seem to have is with time management. If there was some kind of software that was able to message workers how long to do certain tasks and when to switch to another one, it would save managers a ton of time and money. Additionally, if it kept track of hours done for each individual, I know companies that would pay nice money for something like that. I haven't personally looked for anything but I recall talking to a manager who wasn't able to find any good solutions to his problem.
