Startup Idea: Automated Profile Resolution Tool for Network Administrators
Summary for idea #1195
Startup idea to develop a software or script that can automate the process of correcting a user's corrupted profile in a Windows Server 2012r2 terminal server environment. The solution should be able to log off a user, delete their roaming profile folder, remove specific entries from the registry on each server, and facilitate their subsequent login.

I work as a network administrator, we have a terminal server environment with 8 Windows Server 2012r2 servers. We have several hundred users in this environment. Occasionally, often enough to be annoying, a user's profile will get corrupted and they will be logged in to a temporary profile. The way to correct this is to have them log off, delete their roaming profile folder, and remove 2 entries from the registry (one from the profile list and the corresponding one from the profile guid) on each server, then they can log back in no problem. I would be interested in software or a script or something that could automate this process, as we expand and add more servers it becomes more tedious each time.
