Startup Idea: Furniture Restoration Business Tracking System

Startup idea to develop a tracking system for a furniture restoration business. It should facilitate monitoring of salespeople from the point an order is received up to completion, and the salespeople should have mobile apps to update task completion status.

I have a business where I buy broken furniture so that I can restore it and resell it at a good price. I have very many orders in a day and it becomes confusing sometimes when the wrong salesperson is sent to the wrong address. I have tried everything possible including use of simple spreadsheets and free scheduling apps to guide the salespeople when and where they are supposed to be, however they still make mistakes.

If I can have a tracking system that can track the salespeople and the staff from the point an order is received up to the point when the work is complete, it would be very helpful. It would be good if the salespeople handling the job would have mobile apps to update the office when they complete each task.
