Startup Idea: Offline Desktop Client Management Software with Automated Reminders

Startup idea to develop a color-coded client management software akin to Salesforce, but meant to operate offline as well. The software would include password management, automated reminders for updating client profiles and integrated checklists for ensuring completion of tasks within stipulated timelines, offering a better organizational tool especially suited for team management.

Salesforce can be a pain to get through in terms of organization. Plus, if you're disconnected from the Internet, you can't work. What I'd like to see is some desktop client management software like Salesforce, something that is color coded, a software that has each client along with passwords, that will send reminders/notifications if an important part of the client profile isn't filled out etc.

Too many times I've noticed that a person will leave the company and the client's Salesforce profile isn't up-to-date. That's why I think it would be good for a software to integrate a checklist, to be able to remind people to complete an action by a certain time. This is something managers should be able to install to keep track of their employees' accounts.
