Startup Idea: Unified Curriculum Platform for Mental Health Workers
I am a mental health worker at a social skills program for children with behavioral disorders. This program is responsible for 44 children ages 5 through 18. I work with 15-20 colleagues with undergraduate and graduate degrees in mental health related fields.
At the beginning of each week, my coworkers and I receive a curriculum with stated goals and lesson plans for the week. We receive it through email, which makes it difficult to download and access all the files without printing them.
I would like a software that can allow us to quickly and easily share all the files for the lesson plan in one step. Software like Google Drive and Drop Box already exist and would be useful, but I have experienced issues opening certain file types in these programs in the past.
A useful software would allow us to open word documents, powerpoints, photoshop files, and graphs all in one location. It would also be useful to be able to download these files to my phone or laptop and easily print them. As mentioned above, I have tried Google Drive and Drop Box, but they have shortcomings.
