Startup Idea: Employee Notification App for Meetings

Startup idea to develop a mobile application that sends out instant notifications, such as a vibration, to employees whenever a meeting is scheduled. The idea is to substitute traditional communication channels like mail or Skype, with a more instant, intuitive system.

I wish there was an app that pinged all my employees whenever there was a meeting. There isn't a good way other than mail or skype to get in touch with them. Sometimes people are all over the place. I wish there was a way to get in touch with them the same way that a notification like a vibration on their phone does.
