Startup Idea: Software for Quick Code Inspection via Hotkey

Startup idea to create a tool aimed at IT contractors and software testers. The tool, triggered by a hotkey, should allow immediate inspection of a specific section of a website or software code, simplifying bug detection and code review processes, and increasing work efficiency.

I am a self-employed IT contractor that does many things from taking surveys here in MTURK to testing software for companies. Of course in IT there are many opportunities for better software in this industry, but I will be specific.

I think a piece of software that would be very helpful for me would be a piece of software that would allow me to inspect the element of a certain part of a website or software immediately by pressing a hotkey. Right now it is a relatively tedious process to dig through code to give a suggestion on what might make the website or software work better. Being able to go to a specific piece of code immediately would make my work much faster.

I would pay a small amount($20-$40) for a piece of software that does this. As it would allow me to find more bugs and make more money in my field of work very quickly, making it worth the price very quickly. I've looked at thing likes the grease monkey add-on and a few other things but I have not found anything that is very useful.
