Startup Idea: Modern Library Management System Development

Startup idea to design a contemporary, lightweight and highly responsive library management system with an easy-to-use UI, for efficient tracking of library materials and patrons.

I currently work for an academic library. We have computer software that tracks items and patrons in the system though I feel like it's extremely outdated. I would really like it if someone were to design a new easier, lighter system that would more efficiently order our materials. A good, easy UI is a must and it must be highly responsive.
