Startup Idea: Large Data Group Uploading and Quick Exporting System

Startup idea to create a software to improve handling of large .txt files more efficiently. The idea is to build an application that would allow the user to specify query parameters before converting .txt files to access or excel in order to manage large data sets and expedite the query process.

I have to deal with realy large .txt files that we put into access because they are too big for excel. It would be nice if there was a more basic system for uploading large data groups and allowing a quick export. Perhaps, you could put the parameters of the query in before you convet .txt to access or excel so that the data file isn't huge and then takes a long time to query based on the parameters. I woul dpay as it would help at work and large firms would be into it.
