Startup Idea: Smart Food Safety Notification Software

Startup idea to develop a software or an app that connects with a food thermometer. This software will monitor and notify the end user about critical temperatures and time-based safety thresholds for different types of food. This includes notifications on 'holding' temperatures, approaching food danger points, and status post-refrigeration or freezing.

In the food industry, food temperature is the main thing that will prevent food poisoning. There are many different food thermometers but most are used to see when food reaches a certain temp. (example, pork is safely cooked when it has reached 160 degrees.) I am interested in software or an app that will notify me about "holding" temperature with an audible beeping or alarm or app notification after food is cooked. I want to receive messages from the thermometer and food related to temperature and time that it has been at temperatures. (Example: Pork has been at room temperature of seventy degrees for one hour. The internal temperature of the pork reached room temperature of seventy degrees 25 minutes after reaching one hundred sixty degrees. I also want the thermometer/food to notify me per temp and time when it is approaching a food danger point. (Example: The pork has been holding at room temp for thirty minutes. It must be refrigerated now or brought back to one hundred and sixty degrees.) In short, I want the food safety data to interact with the food to notify me about the status and what actions must be taken for safety. I also want it to communicate about the food after it has been refrigerated or frozen when it reaches certain points such as freezing. And to notify me remotely by an app or an audible alarm when food in an oven has reached a set temperature.
