Startup Idea: Pet Identification and Health Tracker Software

Startup idea to develop a unique software identification system for pets that could pair with a physical chip, keeping track of a pet's identification and health history. Possible collaboration or usage with 'akcreunite.org'.

I have an idea about software identification for pets. There has to be a way to individually tag my dog(s) for identification purposes and to retain their health history. I know there is a chip currently that owners can put in their pets but certainly 'akcreunite.org' may be willing to expand their services with a great app?.
