Startup Idea: Address Verification Software for Promotional Product Company

Startup idea to develop a background software that validates and corrects the shipping addresses entered into invoices. The software will match addresses with UPS approved records, ensuring each delivery reaches the right destination while reducing manual errors.

I work in advertising for a promotional product company. We have 10 employees and are experiencing more growth. One of the problems we have is that our sometimes our clients give us an incorrect shipping address.

This causes products to go to the wrong address, or be lost in transit. This upset our sales representative, as well as our clients.

In a perfect world, there would be background software running on all of our computers that checks address entered into invoices, and makes sure that they are the correct, UPS approved address so that all items get to the correct location.

It would also be helpful if this software could override manual errors, similar to spell check software, but for USPS approved addresses.
