Startup Idea: Theme Park Employee Coordination Application

For over a year I worked at a major theme park in the United States and my job involved being sent to different areas of the park in order to clean and address problems in the area. The way we'd be directed to these areas would be simply over an outdated radio system.

Personally I would have difficulty trying to hear my supervisors over the sounds of the crowds and the audio quality of the receiver. This would cause problems and would sometimes lead me and many others to go to different areas and prevent us from doing our jobs effectively.

I think the ideal solution to this problem would be an application that featured a map of the location and then would ping individual users through a wrist-worn device with exact location details. This would help the park supervisors keep track of their employees and would benefit employees like me so we could never miss an order.
