Startup Idea: Advanced POS System for Retail

Startup idea to develop a modern PoS software solution for retail, specifically footwear. The software will include more comprehensive sales tracking and personalized analytics, thereby enhancing employee performance assessment and business insights.

I work in retail, specifically footwear. One big problem that I have working there is that we are supposed to keep track of each individual salesman sales of each specific shoe brand. Our cash registers don't allow us to do this as the PoS system is very outdated.

A new PoS software that allows for more personalization and sales tracking would make our job much easier than it is now. This would allow us to have more analytics data and to be able to understand what is going right, and what is going wrong with our employees.
