I work in advancement for higher education and would love a system that could tie out email campaign metrics and social media impressions with giving and participation data across multiple communications platforms. Currently, these are spread across multiple systems so it is difficult to track whether email analytics are translating to event participation, and event participation to giving rates, or any correlation across multiple dimensions. We've looked at various CRM systems to handle this, but can't find one that integrates email, event, and social with giving.
