Startup Idea: Employee Feedback Analysis and Visualization Software

Summary for idea #1282
Startup idea to develop a software solution that processes qualitative feedback from employees and categorizes it into different themes. The software should be able to analyze the data, show trends across multiple locations, and ideally provide predictive analytic properties. It should replace manual Excel-based recording and graphing with automated, intuitive, data-driven insights.

I collect qualitative feedback from employees on culture within a distribution center. The feedback I collect is in the form of comments and statements made by employees about their working conditions, leadership teams, company policies, etc. After receiving the comments, I manually assign categories and themes to the feedback to generate graphs to be able to show managers a visual representation of the feedback. Currently, I use Microsoft Excel to record feedback.

I would benefit from a software that would allow you to input qualitative feedback (comments and statements), tag those comments with categories, and then would be able to analyze that data and show trends across multiple locations. Ideally, the software could provide some predictive analytic qualities, but even if it could just show trends across segments (locations, geographies, demographics, etc.).
