Startup Idea: Expired Medication Inventory Tracking Software

Startup idea to develop a software that efficiently tracks and manages the inventory of expired medications that need to be transported to the sheriff's office for proper destruction from a medical facility.

I could use software that tracks outgoing inventory of expired medication that needs to be transported the the sheriff's off to be destroyed of properly from medical facility. There is currently no tracking method.
