Startup Idea: Fine Dining Staffing App

Startup idea to develop an app for fine dining restaurants to source skilled chefs and food service workers for temporary employment. It aims to be streamlined and easy to use, similar to apps like HANDY or Uber.

I work in the fine dining food industry and since these types of restaurants work on super thin margins already it would be nice to have a type of app software that would allow restaurants to source skilled chefs/food service workers for temporary employment. The difference from different apps or sites is this software would be more streamlined and easy to use like the app HANDY or uber. As a restaurant owner I would be willing to pay a charge per day for each worker as needed which in the end would be cheaper than hiring someone full time.
