Startup Idea: Shift Trading and Scheduling Solution for Remote Workers

Startup idea to develop an advanced scheduling system for remote workers, particularly in the airline industry. The proposed software should be designed to seamlessly handle shift trades in addition to regular scheduling, eliminating the need for manual input and enhancing flexibility.

I work in the airling industry. I am a call agent who works from home, overnights. One of the hugest challenges with working from home is trading shifts with coworkers. Currently we have a scheduling system that doens't allow us to change shifts easily and most of the trades need to be sent in manually.

Currently they are using a software, but its not working. And I would pay anything to have a good system that works properly.

A new software that allows shift trades, would make my life and other agents lives so much easier. A sheduling system that does both scheduling and shift trades would be a dream for everyone!.
