Startup Idea: Voting Software for Board Approvals

Startup idea to develop a software that facilitates online voting for board approvals. The software is intended for members who cannot be physically present at meetings, providing features to educate members, facilitate feedback exchange, and conduct voting in a user-friendly way.

We need a voting software for board approval for people that are unable to be present when there are issues.

It seems to be more and more impossible to move forward because we cant get people together to make important decision.

Basically, we need to be able to educate board members, give and get feedback, and vote all in one user friendly way.
