Startup Idea: Centralized Convention Exhibitor Application and Tracking System
Many businesses exhibit and sell at conventions throughout the year. To get a booth, exhibitors have to apply by explaining their product/service, and there are set deadlines/days for that application period, generally several months before the actual event date.
Other conventions open booths to first come/first serve, so sometimes the booths sell out in a few minutes!
Right now, there is not a good system for those people to track when exhibitor sign up deadlines/dates for all those conventions are, so they end up checking the conventions' websites on a daily or weekly basis, which is time consuming and not really scalable when you have 15-30 shows to do in a year.
Would be great to have a system that works with the major convention organizing companies, where the deadlines are all stored for multiple conventions, and perhaps even a single application for exhibitors that they can use to submit to multiple conventions.
