Startup Idea: Music Transcription Software

Startup idea to develop a software for music composers that can analyze audio recordings and discern the timbre and pitch class of each instrument, further producing a basic musical score for editing and publication purposes.

I am a music composer. I* need software that can "listen" to a recording (analog and/or digital)without using MIDI and discern the timbre and pitch class of each instrument. I need it to distinguish these "parts" as best as it can and produce a basic score for editing and publication purposes.
